Cancellation Policy
A booking deposit of 50% is required on all bookings at Northern Beauty Co. This must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your booking deposit can move with your appointment should you need to reschedule, if rescheduling is undertaken with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. If you fail to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice or you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your booking deposit and a new booking deposit will be required for the new appointment. For bookings made over the phone or in person, you will be sent an invoice to your email which has a link for you to make your booking deposit payment. If your booking deposit is not paid, your appointment is not confirmed. Booking deposits are non-refundable and can be used towards other services if there is a change of mind.
